As the marketplace continued to change, we recognized the need to slow our growth and focus on our core business and customer. To protect our customers and our employees, our management team has prepared Camping World to withstand tough times. Today and over the next several years, our growth plans will be largely internally-focused, and will be fueled by improving our customer service, enhanced training of our team members and customers, and our continuing and expanding commitment to service after the sale. For those of you who have not purchased from us in the past, you have my assurance that our service to you will be second to none. We want to earn your loyalty not with a sale but with an open-arm policy of ensuring that your camping and outdoor needs are being met and your concerns addressed.
